I only have problems with this item now. It is never feeding my pet on its own after setting feeding schedule. The hope that I had when going away and thinking my pet is okay is lost. I paif a lot for a no good item...

The parcel came to Ukraine in 38 days. The seller did not send the order for 2 weeks, referring to the weekend (attached the screens). Feeder came whole, we use the application, works fine.
